Job Summary

As Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end operational execution of the platform — from farmer onboarding and tender management to buyer relations and logistics coordination. Over time, you will grow into a hybrid operations-product role: working closely with the founding team, you will be mentored in product management and take on increasing responsibility for shaping platform features based on real field insights. This role requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to work effectively across field and digital channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field;
You have grown up around farming, come from a farming family, or have worked closely with farmers — you understand their language, their seasonal rhythms, and their challenges firsthand;
3 years of experience in operations, field sales, rural outreach, supply chain, or marketplace management;
Strong organizational and process-building skills with attention to detail;
Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle — regular site visits to farms and regional locations are a core part of this role;
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (both required);
Russian is a plus;
Experience with digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, or marketplace platforms) preferred;
Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
