Job Summary

We are looking for a Community Specialist at SABAH.HUB who will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of community and ecosystem activities. The role includes conducting ecosystem research, maintaining partner and speaker pipelines, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of events and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Social Sciences;
1-2 years of experience in community, partnerships, events, research, or coordination roles;
Experience in startup ecosystems, education hubs, or innovation environments is an advantage;
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office;
High attention to detail and structured approach to work.
