Job Summary

A senior FP&A specialist within the Group Finance function of a growing investment holding company, responsible for driving the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and management reporting across the holding and its portfolio companies. The role acts as an analytical business partner to business units and Finance leadership, translating financial data into decision-ready insight for executives and the Board. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the incumbent owns the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Group's planning and reporting deliverables and continuously raises the standard of the finance organization's analytical output.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage;
5–8 years of progressive experience in Finance, management reporting, financial planning, or budgeting, ideally within a holding company, multi-entity group, or Big Four environment;
Proven experience managing end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple entities;
Strong track record of developing financial models, management reporting frameworks, and financial planning processes from the ground up.
