Job Summary

A Senior Analyst within the Corporate Finance and Investment function, supporting investment evaluation, valuation, M&A execution, financing, and financial analysis. The role develops sophisticated financial models, performs detailed valuations, and prepares analytical materials to support investment and capital allocation decisions. Working independently in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment, the incumbent brings strong analytical skills and commercial understanding to different stages of the investment lifecycle, from initial assessment and due diligence through transaction execution and ongoing performance monitoring.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field;
Master's degree (Finance / MBA) is an advantage;
5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, valuation, or Big Four deals, corporate finance;
Proven track record of building and reviewing sophisticated financial models and performing valuations for live transactions and investment opportunities;
Hands-on experience across M&A, investment analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, or portfolio-related activities;
Prior experience in a private equity, venture capital, investment management, or deal-driven environment is strongly preferred;
Advanced Excel and financial modeling, including three-statement models, DCF, LBO, and project finance models;
Strong valuation expertise, including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, WACC, terminal value, and enterprise vs. equity value analysis;
Strong investment analysis skills, including IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI, payback period, and ROI;
Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality Investment Committee and Board materials;
Power BI proficiency is preferred;
Strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, M&A, IFRS, and financial statements.
