Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or a related field;
3-5 years of consulting or relevant industry experience, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects;
Highly proficient in strategic analysis, market research, and business planning, knowledgeable in the digital economy and innovation ecosystems;
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
Strong presentation and facilitation abilities;
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
Skilled in problem-solving, complex data analysis and generating actionable insights;
Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams with a collaborative and adaptable approach;
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
AI literacy and effective use of AI-powered tools;
Ability to leverage AI tools for research, data analysis, and strategic planning;
Ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
