This position involves delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent;
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Strong customer service mindset with a professional and friendly approach.
