Job Summary
As an Operations & Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding process for B2B partners, establishing daily operational communication with clients, and overseeing legal and financial documentation workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, operational excellence, and effective issue resolution for our corporate partners. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Operations (SaaS/Startup experience is a plus);
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data verification and reporting;
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities;
Native Azerbaijani, professional working proficiency in written and spoken English;
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across teams effectively;
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
