Job Summary

We are seeking a Venture Analyst to join our dynamic team! As a Venture Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, validation, and scaling of fintech ventures. You will work at the intersection of market research, strategy, and venture building, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze markets, and contribute to the execution of innovative solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage);
2–5 years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, consulting, investment banking, or fintech/startup environments;
Strong understanding of fintech business models and ecosystem dynamics;
Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and strategic analysis;
Proven ability to take ownership and perform effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a founder-like attitude;
Experience in startups or venture building is strongly preferred.
