Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven UX/UI Designer to ensure brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design elements. In this role, you will define UX/UI goals aligned with business objectives, create and implement design systems, and develop design solutions for web, app, and internal channels. You will also research best practices and provide consulting to improve existing web and app designs, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing Management, or a related field;
Relevant certifications in UX/UI design are preferred;
Fluency in Azerbaijani language;
Knowledge of MS Office suite;
Ability to understand the brand's vision and contribute to high-performing marketing strategies;
Experience with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop (preferred), Adobe Illustrator (preferred), etc.;
Experience with Client Journeys, Channels, and Funnels.
