Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance systems. In this role, you will independently design and implement robust backend components and database schemas to support new product features. You will develop advanced AI-driven workflows, including multi-step agentic processes and efficient data parsing from large language models (LLMs), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development;
Advanced knowledge of Python (asynchronous programming, decorators, context managers) and mastery of Django and FastAPI;
Experience in designing relational schemas (PostgreSQL), query optimization, indexing, and NoSQL modeling (MongoDB);
Advanced usage of Redis for distributed locking and Pub/Sub;
Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems;
Expert-level experience with Celery and RabbitMQ, including handling complex task retries, priority queues, and monitoring;
Proficiency in Docker (multi-stage builds, orchestration) and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Comfortable with advanced Linux/Bash automation;
Proven track record of writing comprehensive test suites (Unit, Integration, and E2E) using Pytest to maintain high code coverage;
Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone), and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex).
