Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Budgeting and Reporting Specialist who will support budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis processes. The role includes assisting with budget preparation, management reporting, variance analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data to support effective financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
1-2 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or reporting;
Strong knowledge of Excel and financial analysis;
ACCA F3 (Financial Accounting) and/or F7 (Financial Reporting) is an advantage;
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
Ability to prepare management reports and perform variance analysis;
Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written;
Research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
